Proud...

My heart was full of pride and gratefulness.

On Monday night the kids go to KBC (Kids Being Catholic) and this past week they had a prayer service and a Mardi Gras Party. Robert and Ryan both did a reading at the service. They did such a nice job.

Of course, Kelsey was all about the P-a-r-t-y!



Last night, despite the stormy, snowy weather, the boys performed at a winter Strings Concert in Negaunee.
We didn't get home until 8:30 p.m. or so and Robert had a backpack full of homework. Even though, we were quite certain there would not be school today...I made him do it all before going to bed. Of course, school was called off today due to the weather. They have a loooong weekend now because they have Friday and Monday off for a winter break. I believe the teachers are meeting for professional development days.

Sled Dog Races and a lot of other activities slated for this weekend. I better get rested. Oh, and get some wine chillin.
