We celebrated...

yes, I celebrated Mother's Day yesterday starting out with:

Walk in the early morning listening to great tunes on my ipod (it was raining-but just made me walk faster!)

Read Sunday paper ALONE in silence and enjoyed a great big mug of hazelnut coffee with french vanilla creamer.

Leisurely shower.

Beautiful church service.

Received gifts from Tim and the kiddos.

Boys and I went to Sweet Water Cafe for lunch (see the spinach/feta cheese omelet--YUM-O!). Tim and Kelsey had some daughter/daddy bonding time.

After lunch, the boys and I proceeded on to play and paint at a paint-your-own pottery place. It was sooooo much fun!!! Can't wait to get our projects back.

Went to park for some running around (the rain at the time was just "misting").

When we got home, Tim took the boys to the YMCA swimming and Kelsey and I played some CandyLand...she's not much of a player, but likes to pretend!!

I tickled and kissed on Kelsey and we had fun just giggling and running around the house!

I just loved the little school projects the boys made me...notes, cards, poems, pictures...makes me realize just how very lucky I am to be their mom.

Oh, and can't forget that Tim did about six loads of laundry and folded it all! How great is that! Yes...indeed...we celebrated.
