Random...

these two photos were taken of Kelsey this summer when she was dancing to the Doodlebops. She loves that show and everytime it comes on she wants to turn up the volume and dance. When going to their website I see they are going to be in Green Bay, Wisconsin in March-2007. Kelsey and I may be going on a road trip this spring.

this is a photo of Kelsey right after I caught her with an open container of yogurt in the living room. I guess there is a reason I keep a sheet on that big comfy chair most of the time! I was busy scrapbooking and she took advantage.

this is one of the pages I've been working on. I have about three or four I'm doing at once and are in the process. I am trying to get my creative "mo-jo" to kick in.

I know you are all aware that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. There are so many wonderful promotions for things out there to purchase and that part or all of the proceeds go to the breast cancer research fund....to name just a very few...Target, Kodak, Ford, Bath & Body Works, Aveda, M&M's, etc., etc. Now, however, back to my speaking about scrapbooking, I am working on a small album about me. Yes, an album just about me from Creating Keepsakes. It is a gift for myself, but a special gift for my loved ones. I encourage any mommies, daughters, aunts, grandmas, friends & sisters who might read my blog to order one and make one up. Everything is included besides maybe your marker, adhesive & a few photos...just play and have fun! I bought my kit here. Order one today. Part of the proceeds from the sale of these kits are going to breast cancer research. It's a kit with great directions on how you can follow their suggestions or do your own thing. You don't have to be experienced--it's a great scrabook kit for a total beginner. I'll share mine when it's done. I want to hear from you that you are ordering one TODAY. Have fun, create a wonderful gift, and support an important cause!

A yummy treat for after school or anytime:
Pumpkin Dip
beat 8 ounces light cream cheese and 1 cup pumpkin until smooth;
add 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, and serve as a dip for fruit and cookies or as a spread for toasted bagels.

We made this yesterday and my kids love it! We had it with low-fat grahm crackers and apple slices. Posted by Picasa
