took her dolls shopping. I heard Kelsey talking to her dolls in the living room...she was making them beds by spreading blankets everywhere. I think she got out every baby blanket I have stashed away (she found them hidden in her room--I love all those sweet, soft blankets and have a hard time parting with any of them!) After they had a short nap (just the dolls and her teddy) she was feeding them pizza, juice and milk. Yup...she was all into the baby love this afternoon. I enjoyed listening to her little sweet comments on how much she loved them and how cute they were. I got out my camera when she started loading them up for shopping. I heard her say, "Abby, you need to ride in the seat--don't get out!" and then I witnessed her nearly dumping baby Aggie out of her carseat! Ok, not so sweet, but they were ok. She has named her two favorite dolls, Abby and Aggie. We had playgroup this morning and two of the moms have babies under 6 months old, so I think it sparked her interest in playing with her dolls this afternoon.
Love that she plays well with other kids but can also occupy herself and have lots of fun all by herself. Well, and a few beloved dolls. I remember when I was little and I used to have so much fun with my dolls and loved to line them all up on the couch, read to them, feed them, etc.

Olivia has the same shirt that Kelsey is wearing. I bought some bigger stuff at Gymboree! Kelsey is SO cute!!
