Jump Rope for Heart!

Good morning. Kelsey and I stayed home last night, but these are a few photo's of Robert's Jump for Heart event last night.

Robert raised money for the American Heart Association by securing donations from friends and neighbors (and Mom & Dad). Robert and Ryan have been learning a lot about heart disease and stroke and how it has effected our family personally, but also how it effects our community. They are learning (I hope) the importance of physical activity and living a heart-healthy lifestyle.

I'm proud of both of them. They worked hard and jumped hard.
{I didn't even know they knew how to jump rope?!?!}
