got Kels a babysitter for a few hours yesterday afternoon and took the boys to Hotplate. They painted a jack-o-lantern lamp that I ordered several weeks ago. I can't wait to see the finished/baked product! I'll make sure to post a photo when we get it back next Saturday.
They picked speckled sunkist and hot tamale for most of the outside colors and heavenly blue for the inside. The stem/top is a little different...Ryan did that part by himself. I helped at the very end, at their request, with a spider web & Boo on the side.
I felt so proud watching them enjoy their good work.
They worked so great together in picking out the colors and design.
A true collaboration of effort.
