After a long day of playing outside and gathering sticks & twigs while Tim and myself (mostly Tim--I took it easy) did yard work, the kids enjoyed their first S'more of the season. Well, they did have one in the fireplace this April at Aunt Sue & Uncle Dan's, so I guess their first outdoor S'more.
Tonight they built a fire in our back yard fire bowl.
These kids were dirty. Very dirty. Kelsey was the only one that would allow me to snap any pictures...she didn't care how dirty she was, she'd been waiting for this moment all day. Nothing like topping the day off with a S'more. Followed, of course, by warm showers, books and bed.
