This evening we stopped by our garden plot and everything is flourishing. Tim and the boys have planted tomatoes, beans, peas, peppers, zucchini, beets, carrots, basil and maybe some other things that I'm forgetting. Everything they've planted this year is lush and beautiful.
At any time we take Kelsey with us to the Community Garden, she likes to "help" with whatever job we might give her. Which isn't a whole lot, so she always gets a little spade and goes over to the "Giving Garden." She pats down the soil in little areas and takes great pride in "helping" with the growing plants in that particular garden. She always asks if she can water it.
