-Robert had a celebratory candle in his cereal this morning while we sang Happy Birthday. Then he opened his birthday present from us which was a Wii Glo-Sword. He was surprised and very happy.
-Kelsey is independent and does very well putting on her own jacket, hat and mittens. Although, as soon as we walked outside we realized that it was much too warm for winter jackets...and no hat & mittens needed.
-Ok, so not only was it warmer than I had expected (I didn't work this morning, so I slept in) but I also forgot to turn back all the clocks yesterday. Sooooo, we headed for school and at first couldn't figure out why nobody was there! Yup, we were a tad bit early. Turned out just fine though, because we had time to hit the local bagel shop so Robert, Ryan & Kelsey could enjoy a bagel and hot cocoa. Me...a LARGE cup of coffee! Robert ordered a blueberry bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. Kelsey and Ryan split a chocolate chip bagel with regular cream cheese. Robert only ate half his bagel and is keeping it for his after school snack.
-Wow, 10 years since I had Robert...it has gone by so darn fast I can't believe it! I love this 10 year old boy so much! (to the moon and back)
