The kids had ANOTHER day off of school. Too cold. Geeeeeshhh... in my day I don't think they called off school because it was too d_ _ _ cold! Oh well, the boys practiced violin, went to the YMCA for a little while, watched way too much television, and then they all decorated the gingerbread house that we assembled last night. In the process of decorating the gingerbread house, I would bet that each kid ate about a pound of candy. I'll post photos of the house tomorrow. They did it completely on their own. Not one bit of advice or help from me. I was just the frosting maker.
In case you were wondering why I hide the Bratz eye shadow. She doesn't like that she can't have access to it at all times...she says....

This is a sign that Ryan made last week and wants to put on our mantle. I've talked him into letting it be placed somewhere near/in front of the mantle on Christmas Eve and for now, here in the dining room. You know, it just doesn't mix well with my decor.
