Daddy's Girl...

Just reminiscing over an old photo I took of Kelsey and Tim in February of 2005.
The next photo is from this Easter after the egg hunt at the U.P. Children's Museum.

Kelsey sure is becoming a Daddy's Girl. Tim was out of town last week and every
time the phone rang or the dogs barked (which usually means someone is here) she would holler "Daddy, Daddy" in her most enthusiastic squeal! She adores her Daddy. Funny, because prior to her first birthday she almost always preferred "Mommy." I guess when the main milk source dries up, you realize you have other options out there! Anyway, it was around the time of this first photo (Feb. 2005) that she started really tuning into Tim...and well the rest is history.

I did a scrap page about the first photo and the journaling goes like this:


I gave birth to her.
I change her poopy diapers.
I feed her. I clean her.
I walk around tired and in
my p.j.'s with no make-up
on all day long

because of her.

And her first word?

"DaDa."
