like Christmas around here. The tree is up and decorated, the angels, nativity, and stained glass churches/houses all displayed. And the stockings hung on the mantle. This Saturday is December 1, so that means I have to get out the Christmas/winter books out and wrapped for the kids to open each day until December 25. The advent tree is ready to have notes/Hershey Kisses tucked inside for the kids to open each day.
We had a major snowy-blowy morning. The visibility was horrible when I was driving to work. Very hard to see. Now, at 2:00 in the afternoon, the sun is out and the snow is no longer falling or blowing. Clear as can be. When the boys first got up this morning, they were really hoping for a snow day!
This is a busy week. I'm leaving Friday for a girls weekend (without kids) and I am so excited. Right now I'm working on a list of goals--things to be done this week and some to get done next week. Also, working on a list of traditions we want to do as a family -- some old and some new. Hopefully, in the coming weeks, I'll be able to share some of them on my blog. Wherever you are, I hope you're beginning to enjoy the season.
When we are motivated by goals that
have deep meaning, by dreams that need
completion, by pure love that needs
expressing, then we truly live life.

Love your new UPSUNSHINE picture, but I will miss Kelsey running on the beach. Our house is begining to look a lot like Christmas too. Cara helped me decorate last night, it looks really nice.
