Yesterday it was record hot temperatures and I drove the boys to school. Ryan I dropped off outside--this is his fourth year at his school and he already knows his teacher and kids from his class. Robert I took right to his new school to meet his fourth grade teacher. I also needed to meet her, too. She seems very nice. Bigger school, lots more kids, he has a locker...yikes, I was anxious all day for him. He came home and I noticed he hardly touched his lunch. It was so hot and I'm sure he was nervous. He's so quiet.
Today, the temps are in the 60's and it is just right. I'm sure the energy level and nervousness will be better today.
